Liberal Tolerance?
This past weekend a group of gay activists decided to ransack and disrupt a local church service here in Lansing. I guess when the left talks about being tolerant, it only means tolerating those that they agree with. Here is the story that appeared in our local newspaper. I hope that the church is able to forgive the offenders and will pray for them.

Yes, I hope they can respond calmly and lovingly. The world is watching!!
Though, I can imagine what their motivation was for doing something like this,it really doesn't help to advance the cause of tolerance or acceptance.
...and, I will also add, that this group is not a mainstream gay organization. So, just as you don't like it when I equate all conservatives with the far right wingers, I hope that you do not associate this far left group with the work that other gay rights groups and their allies are doing that is not this confrontational and disrespectful.
This is happening ten and a hundred fold here in Cali. In fact the Mormon controversy is in the press more, but the stuff happening in African American churches is uncanny. Stories have racial slurs having been thrown at parishoners on Sunday. My pastor has armed gaurds, and my sister has to becareful of where she goes. It is actually much worse and is expected to get worse over the next two years.

Seems like there's some racketeering going on. I hope they are held accountable legally to the same extent as anti-abortion demonstrators (i.e, RICO laws)
I hope the group at least has to pay restitution to the local fire dept for the false alarm.
Thank God, that nobody was hurt. These militant left-wing extremists are dangerous.
cbs5 did a segment on the blacklisting now going on. Once again so called liberal tolerance. They are using the same means that right wing bloggers get, and why many have left the web.
